Location

Our holiday apartment Aalto is situated on the ground floor of the house 45147 Essen, Virchowstrasse 8. It is centrally located in the district of Holsterhausen, in close vicinity to the University Hospital. A stand-up café invites for breakfast, a launderette and the district centre with shops, bars and restaurants is reached with a short walk.

PARLOUR AND BEDROOMS

The apartment has two bedrooms, a parlour with studio couch, kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and a small garden. In each bedroom and in the parlour you will find a modern flat screen TV, a large mirror, 2 beds, wardrobe and shelves. The beds in the bedrooms are high quality box spring beds that can be put together as a double bed or used separately as single beds. In one bedroom there is also a small seating area. The parlour is equipped with a spacious studio couch that can be pulled out into a double bed of the size 1.80 m x 2 m. A travel cot for infants can be provided.

KITCHEN

with access to the garden The kitchen has direct access to the garden. The modern kitchen is equipped with a stove with ceramic glass cooktop and oven, exhaust hood, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. It also includes drinking glasses, dishes and cutlery for a minimum of 10 persons and all the accessories that are necessary and suitable for cooking. In addition, a generous extendable table with 6 chairs that can accommodate 8 persons.

Relax in the CORNER BATHTUB

The bathroom includes a corner bathtub that is also suitable to take a shower, towel heater, washbasin and toilet. Bedclothes and towels are provided and changed weekly. If you want the bedclothes and towels to be changed more often, please contact us.

GARDEN and exteriors

The garden, which is exposed to the southwest, is furnished with garden furniture and grill. A car parking space can be rented for 2.50 € per day and a garage (dimensions 2.45 m width, 4.80 m length, 1.95 m height) for 3.00 € per day. MISCELLANEOUS Bed clothes, 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel are provided. The kitchen includes a dish towel, dishmop and cleaning sponge. Additional towels, bed clothes and intermediate cleaning can be arranged upon request.
